Terms & Policies
ALPACA SALES:
All alpacas are halter trained. They will come with full health records. All vaccinations and supplements will be up to date. The alpacas will be drenched before they leave here. Our breeding alpacas will be registered with the AANZ.

STUD SERVICES:
On Farm Mating. Your female or females (along with their cria if needed) are offered free agistment at our farm. You just select the stud male. During her stay we carefully supervise pen matings as required. Your animals stay until confirmed pregnant by ultrasound scanning.
Mobile Mating. We can visit your farm with the selected male for a supervised pen mating. We also return for spit off tests or re-mate if required. (South Auckland/North Waikato free – further afield a small charge will apply).
Drive-by Mating. If you prefer, just bring your female to our farm for a drive in/drive out mating. You will need to have a male available for spit offs and arrange for her pregnancy scanning if desired.
Live birth guarantee - All services by our stud males are backed by our live birth guarantee. In the unfortunate event of a pregnancy not resulting in a live birth or should the cria not survive the first two weeks of life, you are offered a free return service to the male.

EXPORT:
Isolation paddocks ensure alpacas to be exported have no ‘nose to nose’ contact with any other farm animals for their entire stay here. Separate yards are available for export and non-export alpacas.

A Treatment Declaration is required before any alpaca is accepted onto the property.
MPI/AsureQuality require a Veterinary Declaration before any alpaca is accepted onto the property.
BIOSECURITY:
All animals arriving onto the property are held in quarantine paddocks and are health checked and drenched before given access to the main farm.
Visitors to the farm are always supervised. They are required to sign in and disinfect footwear.
